Identify your Insurance Company: Sometimes if you have multiple insurance companies and cars you can mistakenly think that you are with one company when in fact you are with another. Get your insurance policy document for your vehicle, ensure it is up to date and have your details ready for step 2.
Lodge a Claim: So that the insurance company can start the process you will need to lodge a claim. Most companies take your claims over the phone or they may require an online form to be filled in. They may need other information in order to process the claim. Each insurance company will have their own requirements so it is best to talk to them about anything that you are unclear of.
Receiving a Claim Number: After your insurance company has agreed to your claim they will issue a claim number. This will then allow you to get the repair process started. Please bring your claim number and documents from the insurance company with you.
Visit Our Smash Repair Facilities: We are available between 8-4 pm daily. There is no need for an appointment. Just come in with your claim number documents and we will assess your car and provide a quote within 10-15 minutes.
