What are your delivery fees?
We charge a flat rate fee of $20.00 for Melbourne Metro areas and $40 for Melbourne Regional areas. All other states to be advised. Please be advised that additional delivery charges may apply for certain orders (quantity and location specific).

How long will delivery take?
If the stock is readily available we aim to dispatch orders within 2 – 7 days of receipt. Depending on where you live, delivery to most areas of Australia will take 2-5 working days via Australia Post (WA & NT will take 7-12 working days).

What are my delivery options?
Please be aware we use couriers, as well as Australia Post so we are able to track all parcels for you. You will be required to sign to confirm receipt of your order. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the post office will leave a card to notify you that the goods can be collected from your nearest post office. We are unable to leave the item without a signature.

We recommend you rejuvenation every three years, to ensure maximum effectiveness and hygiene that will extend your quilts life for many years. We can bring your existing quilt or pillow back to life.

Our quilts are filled with a mixture of quality Duck or Goose feather and down. The quilts are a cassette style or box walled construction which is a non adjustable design.
Wool fibres absorb body moisture and dissipate it into the air do that you don't feel hot and clammy during the warmer months. The fibre also trap and retain air keeping you warmer in winter.
Our microsoft quilts are non-allergenic and hygienic for allergy and asthma sufferers. The microsoft fibres don't flatten, tangle, lump or matt down.
Choose from our selective range superb types and grades from feather to high down content. All of our pillows meet a high standard for quality.
Our pure wool two layer underblanket is of the highest quality and compliments our wool range. A double layer construction designed to cushion your body easing pressure points and alleviating aches.
