The best option if your barrier is secure, you’re ready for the inspection and to receive your official certificate for council (Form 23). If the barrier is non-compliant, a detailed report with pictures will explain how to rectify the non-compliant items with practical examples on how to make your barrier compliant. A re-inspection with then be required after all items are rectified.

A follow up inspection to obtain your official council compliance certificate, you will be given 60 days to bring your barrier up to compliance after the date of inspection. This option is for anyone who has had a previous consultation or inspection with us and has rectified all the items listed in the report and is now ready for re-inspection.
