Yes. Guardian Roofing holds current insurance policys. Our insurance policies include an OH&S Workcover policy, a public liability cover (up to 10 million) and insurance for all our machinery and vehicles.
Is a hard one to answer. The weather, the roof size, access to the roofing, height and materials used can also affect the time taken to complete the works. A roof restoration of a cement tiled roof usually takes about 3 - 4 days to complete. A metal roof restoration and re-coat can usually be completed in 2 - 3 days depending on the condition of metal roof surface. A terracotta roof restoration will usually take about 3 days also.
Our roof replacements obviously vary on the time taken to complete depending on different circumstances. Access is an important aspect to consider. Roof replacements are completed more promptly when roof tiles or metal roofing sheets can be loaded to the roof without long carries or blockages by obstacles. The pitch of the roof will affect the roof replacement time. The steeper the pitch, the slower we need to work. Obviously weather will affect a roof replacement completion time.
Our roof restorations are guaranteed for a minimum of 7 years ranging to 10 years depending on the products used. Often customers get told the wrong information about roof restorations. A common myth is that the paint will peel and need re-coating regularly. This is not the case. As we say to our customers, the coating of the roof tile slowly fades over time. After a few years, the gloss finish of the roof restoration will flatten out. It will hold this colour well beyond the warrantee.
We recommend that you give us about two weeks notice for any roof restoration or roof replacement work needed to be commenced. There are products to order and timelines to organise for this type of work. For a roof repair, we are usually able to fit this in quickly.
Guardian Roofing does offer pensioner discounts for all our work. Our pensioner discount is 10% on our roof restorations, roof replacements and roof repairs.
We specialise in roofing insurance claims. We ask that you organise your roofing repair claim number and then come to us with a claim number. We will than handle the rest from there. We will liaise with the insurance company and take required pictures and prepare necessary reports ect.
