Demolition:

Controlled demolition to the desired area without damaging kept items, keeping dust to a minimum and organising waste removal on site for recycling or garbage.

Featured Installations:

Whilst the floorboard and wall sheeting have been removed we outsource modifying the plumbing and electrical systems by a fully qualified plumber.

Also taking the opportunity to create a soap box niche or multiple niche' and an Insitu shower base. Creating adequate fall for the shower base so that after tiling the shower base drains correctly and efficiently.

Sheet/Levelling Stage:

Installation of cement sheet or plaster sheet to walls of room. Concrete grinding or concrete levelling for concrete surfaces and timber board levelling or cement sheet installation to timber floors.

Tiling:

Installation of Ceramic, Porcelain, Mosaic, Stone, Marble tiles/pavers.

When laying Rectified edge porcelains or ceramics we use Tuscan Levelling system for a perfect flat finish.

Fit out:

Once again we outsource plumbing/electrical/shower screen professionals to complete their fit out of accessories.
