At Vic Mix, we are driven to become a leading producer and supplier of pre-mixed concrete through prompt and personalised service.
Established in 2007, the business has grown in this short time to a fleet consisting of more than 30 concrete, tipper and tanker trucks & employing over 40 people at two sites in Dandenong and Pakenham. Our construction on a third concrete plant in the Northern suburbs is due to be completed soon and it will support the businesses established at Dandenong and Pakenham.

Vic Mix is a family-owned and operated concrete mix company that provides pre-mixed concrete to Berwick and the various neighbourhoods around it. We are known for our top-quality concrete mixes and timely deliveries. With a wide range of products from decorative concrete to normal and special class concrete, we can get them mixed to your liking and preferences. We can also provide contact details of various concrete placers, grinders, sand blasters and other traders who can deliver perfect workmanship.

At Vic Mix, we are very particular about the safety of our employees, clients and everyone else involved in the project. We have a unique set of safety norms and follow them diligently. Our fleet of mini to large and very large concrete mix trucks help us give you the concrete, as you desire. Besides general concrete mixing, we also cater to your unique requirements in concrete mixes like micro strain shrinkage, non-chloride additives, mineral oxide pigments, flexural or tensile strength, etc.

The experts at Vic Mix can provide you with valuable advice on the best-suited concrete for you. We have a robust quality control system that allows us to provide you with the best concrete. FAQs

  • Why choose exposed aggregate concrete?

You should choose exposed aggregate concrete due to its durability and strength of concrete, cost-effective when compared with tiles or pavers, locally sourced, quality stone and minerals, colours & finishes that reflect the natural properties, we can help you find reliable concreters to place our products.

  • What can concrete be used for?

Concrete is extremely versatile and is used to construct mass structures such as high or low rise buildings, bridges, columns, beams, pipes, wall panels, internal and external floor surfaces. Floor surfaces made from concrete are usually the most notable structures as they often incorporate a myriad of decorative finishes that enhance their appearance.

  • Can I design my own concrete?

Of course! The performance aspects of the concrete you choose are designed for you. So you don’t have to worry about strength, durability and other technical stuff. Your task is to focus on the finished appearance of your concrete. With Vic Mix decorative concrete, you can choose the type of finish (exposed or polished), the decorative stone (aggregate) of your choice, and the colour of the surrounding paste by choosing a colour from our pigment range.

  • Do you have a website?

Yes, we do have a website. Please visit us at http://www.vicmix.com.au/.

  • What is concrete and how is it made?

Concrete is one of the oldest building materials known to man. It is extremely strong, durable and able to be moulded into virtually any shape you can imagine. It is made by mixing together cement (this is the glue that holds everything else together), stone (also called aggregate), sand, and water. Other ingredients, such as specialist chemicals, colour pigments, steel & plastic, can be added to further enhance its mechanical properties.
