About CP Roos & Son
40 years local experience.
CP Roos & Son is a long-established family business servicing Barwon Heads and Ocean Grove, as well as the broader Bellarine Peninsula and Surf Coast areas. Three generations of Roos builders have been providing quality homes in the region for the past 55 years.
CP Roos & Son has completed a wide range of projects, including the award-winning 'Chocolate Gannets' luxury units at Apollo Bay as well as designer coastal homes of all sizes, from some of the modest abodes up to more substantial homes of 70 squares. The business also caters for additions and renovations of various sizes, specialising in beautiful bathrooms.
