Founded in 1976 by the late John Jeffree and his wife, Margaret, Jeffree Automotive has long been steeped in a tradition of excellence and a passion for the automotive industry. It's a legacy upheld diligently today by their children; Mark Jeffree, who began his journey here as an apprentice, now steers the operations as the owner and manager, while his sister, Denise Jeffree, ensures meticulous day-to-day administration. The family’s dedication is further extended through the newer generation, with Mark's nephew Ben Knight and son Aaron Jeffree following in the familial footsteps by joining the apprenticeship ranks in 2016 and 2020, respectively.

The evolution of our services over the years has been significant. While we initially focused on personal and commercial automotive repairs and servicing, our repertoire now includes extensive forklift repairs, hire, maintenance, and servicing. This expansion was complemented by our acquisition of Pete’s Radiators in 2006, which has since established us as one of the largest distributors and repairers of radiators in the Riverland and Murray regions. Our status as an ADRAD expert repairer further underscores this expertise.

Our commitment to providing the best services has also seen our team grow not just in numbers but in skills and expertise. Alan Verrall, a Field Service Technician who joined us in 2005, epitomizes our staff's loyalty and dedication. His long-standing involvement with us has seamlessly woven him into the fabric of our family business. In 2019, the addition of Technician Kobi Koch bolstered our skill set, enhancing our capability to offer state-of-the-art repairs and services. 

Our breadth and depth of services are comprehensive. In automotive servicing and maintenance, we handle everything from general automotive servicing and repairs to specific needs like air conditioning, auto-electrical work, engine repairs and replacement, steering and suspension repairs, and brake system repairs and maintenance. For commercial entities, our service extends to forklift servicing, both onsite and offsite, and to the provision of forklift tyres and rims. Moreover, we provide a range of forklift parts and offer both used and refurbished forklifts for sale.

Pete’s Radiators, an integral part of our extended service provision, specializes in complete cooling system diagnostics and testing, radiator repairs, recoring, manufacturing, sales, and comprehensive truck radiator and intercooler services.

Our extra services are just as dedicated to quality and response as our primary offerings, including light truck servicing and repairs, trailer services, air conditioning solutions across automotive, agricultural, and industrial applications, general metal work, and hydraulic system diagnostics, service, and repairs.

Located at 30 Jellett Road, Berri SA 5343, we strive to make ourselves readily available with our opening hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, ensuring we’re a reliable fixture in our community for those in need.
