Support Workers can hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability or Home & Community Care. We also employ people on an individual basis who demonstrate a high degree of commitment, passion and who have previous experience in community work. All of our personnel are given a code of conduct on employment which further reinforces our quality values. All staff meet the requirements for Police Checks and Working with Children Checks in all jurisdictions across Australia.
