If you have an emergency, we’ll always aim to be at your home within 30 minutes* of your booking (subject to availability). However, we’re not just emergency electricians. You can also book our services in advance for a time and date that works for you.

What payment options do you offer?
We provide a wide range of payment options for your convenience. Choose from credit card, cash, cheque or direct deposit. We also offer eligible customers the opportunity to apply for one of our finance options** so you can fix now and pay later!

Are you insured?
We certainly are! After Hours Electrical comes to you backed by a $20m public liability insurance policy for your peace of mind.

Do you charge extra for public holidays or weekends?
We certainly don’t! After Hours Electrical charges the same rates at any time of the day or night, whether it’s for a weekend or public holiday call out, or simply just out of standard business hours.

We quote by the job, rather than by the hour. We also quote upfront, so there’s no rude shocks with the bill once the job is complete.
