Here at Reynella Veterinary Clinic our team are dedicated to professional and compassionate pet care.
As a small clinic, locally based for many years, our client and patient relationships are very important to us. Our Veterinarians and Vet Nurses alike, pride themselves on their thorough and personalised service.

About Us

Our clinic offers care for small animals, particularly dogs and cats and a range of services at an affordable price. Apart from the usual services such as health consultations, diagnostic procedures, surgeries, radiographs and puppy school, our Vet Dr. Chris McIver is AQIS accredited to complete export papers for travelling pets. It is important to us provide service for all stages of your pets life to ensure they have a happy and healthy life.

Consultations

Consultations are available by appointment Monday to Friday both morning and late evening and Saturday until midday. During consultation, your pet will have a full health examination where you can discuss any concerns you may have. We can also administer vaccinations, perform blood tests and cytology, and administer preventative care.

Preventative Care

Prevention is the best medicine! We believe that prevention treatments are always better than curing or treating symptoms and disease when it occurs.

Preventative care includes vaccinations and parasite control such as heart worm, intestinal worms, fleas and ticks.

FAQs

  • Do you sell pet food?

    Yes we sell pet food.

  • Where are you located?

We are located at 374 Main South Rd, Morphett Vale SA 5162.

  • Why is vaccination of all pets important?

It is essential that all pets are adequately vaccinated to help protect the pet population as a whole. Puppies and kittens are initially protected against many diseases by antibodies received through their mother's milk. These maternal antibodies decline in the first few months of their lives, however until they drop sufficiently they can also neutralise vaccines. This is why a series of vaccinations is necessary in a young puppy or kitten.

  • Will desexing affect my pet's personality?

Your pet will retain their pre-operation personality, possibly with the added bonus of being calmer and less aggressive.
