Refrigerated & Grocery items depart Adelaide to Cowell, Cleve & Arno Bay on Mondays & Wednesdays. Deliveries are made to Cowell & Cleve on Monday & Wednesday evenings & to Arno Bay on Tuesday & Thursday mornings
