We are able to organise and supervise the pump-out to ensure the manufacturer's recommended desludge and refill instructions are followed. Popular with buyers and sellers alike. We provide this service in most areas for a fee of $165. Sellers: A pre-purchase report detailing the condition of your treatment plant and land application area can help alleviate concerns a potential buyer might have (especially those unfamiliar with onsite wastewater treatment systems) and help achieve a final sale. Buyers: A faulty or non-operative wastewater treatment system can be expensive to repair. Know what you are buying before you make an offer.
