In the event of a death at home, the doctor or home care nurse should be called, always knowing that Heritage Brothers are contactable 24 hours a day to assist in these time.
The funeral homes role is to assist family in making all the arrangements for the funeral, liaising with doctors, church, celebrants, clergy, cemetery, crematorium, florists, newspapers, Caterers, RSL, clubs, function venues, Veteran Affairs, Centrelink, Registrar General, Media and Printing. A written quotation is provide by Heritage Brothers Funeral Staff at the time of enquiry or arrangement. This can be provided in person or via email on request.
