About KJC Fitting & Machining
Provide quality machining services to local businesses through quality workmanship, trade experience and precision machine tools.
KJC Fitting & Machining is a local family-owned machine shop which started with a new lathe in 2000 to repair extended family-owned & local farm machinery. After an absence from the area, returned in 2016 and started full time business. In the past 8 years, additional machinery has been added to increase capabilities to better serve customer's needs.
Machine Tool Capacity:
CNC Turning
Centre lathe - turning capacity 580mm swing x 2000mm between centres.
Universal milling machine, axis travels X 1100mm Y 700mm Z 540mm.
Turret milling machine - axis travels X 920mm Y 420mm Z 450mm W 130mm.
Horizontal Borer- axis travels X 1600mm Y 1120mm Z 1250mm W 900mm, maximum weight of workpiece 3000kg.
Horizontal shaper - stroke 450mm2.5T forklift onsite.

Do you do quotes?
We can do fixed price quotes for new work with engineering drawings and specifications, otherwise all other work is generally estimate only.

Can you pay by credit card?
Yes, card payments can be made in person at the workshop through a square card reader tap & go and mobile phone app.

Preferably yes, just in case I am out of the workshop for any reason.
