Skylights have become a popular addition to homes and businesses throughout the world. As well as enhancing natural light entry, style and elegance can be added to any room. Both functional and decorative, skylights come complete with many other benefits.
We manufacture square, circular, rectangular skylights with acrylic domes or glass tops in non-flashed and fully flashed bases for all roof profiles, including metal or concrete tile, corrugated custom orb and rib deck roofing.
We can also source other products within the skylight market, such as Velux skylights, Illume solar-powered lights, solar-powered ventilation products, glass skylights and more. There’s a solution to suit everybody and any property in our innovative skylight range.

This unfortunately doesn't have a straightforward answer. What you want to achieve with your skylight will determine what type of skylight you need. If you are after natural light and a bit of ventilation, then a Redcliffe Skylights' product is the better option. If it is just a bathroom, toilet or laundry then the Circular Series skylight will help ventilate and bring a bit of light into the room.
If you just want to brighten the room as much as you can or the room is on the lower level of a 2-story house, then you may benefit from a solar powered Illume. If you are after a feature in your kitchen and want to open and close the skylight or want blinds to control the direct sunlight on those extra hot days, then you may want a VELUX.
We do not do repairs, but we can recommend several trusted installers to repair existing skylights even if it may not be our skylight. If you have taken any photos, you can email them to us with your details and we can then discuss what options you might have.
All skylights will let some degree of heat through. Clear domes or single glazed glass will let in more heat than an opal dome or insulated glass units, but it all depends on the size of the skylight and the skylight shaft. The domes themselves are all 99% UV rated but a general rule of thumb is the larger the skylight then the more heat, unless you get the solar powered alternative, or blinds to control the direct sunlight coming through.
