Our business is Laser Processing. This involves Laser Profiling a variety of different materials.
The heart of our business and service is laser processing, however we will gladly assist in other needs such as complete manufacturing of projects using our recommended businesses within our local area. These services can include Welding, Folding, Drilling / Tapping, Powder Coating, Zinc Plating, Waterjet Cutting, or Plasma Cutting. We provide a professional cutting service to industry.
Dedicated Team of Specialists
We have a dedicated professional team awaiting your call to provide you with a quote. We can quote using your part sample, sketch, pdf, or a drawing to create a unique CNC code for laser profiling. This is number generated (Product Code) for re-order reasons. We can and prefer to use a clean DXF, DWG Cad software file, this file must be to scale and have no other layers added (profile only) we import this directly into our Cad system.

- Plastics (up to 32mm)
- Timbers (up to 32mm)
- Cork / Fabric
- High Tensile Steel (up to 12mm)

- Zinc Coated Materials (up to 10mm)
- Laser Profiling is Flatbed 2 and 3 axis cutting, we are able to cut boxed items up to 350mm deep in 3 axis mode.

Focus Laser Group Pty Ltd offer laser cutting solutions by assisting customers in their manufacturing needs. Providing a laser cutting services of various materials will help customers by reducing expensive labour costs. Customers manually cutting out profiles that would take 10 or more times longer, the labour is then redirected into finishing/planning the project concentrating on scheduling work through the customers business in a timelier manner.
