Yes! At Jetset Electrical we offer 100% warranty on all of our workmanship and any faulty materials we might use. We are also happy to organise a 100% refund if by any chance you are unhappy with the work or wish to cancel the job.
It is impossible to give one universal answer and giving prices without first discussing the job variables could result in trust issues between us and the customer. In saying that, we always give the customer an upfront price for the job before starting the work, so you aren’t left in the dark about what you’ll be paying.
Nope! Here at Jetset Electrical we do not charge a call out fee, rather we trust that our electricians will provide unbeatable customer service from the moment they’re knocking on the door. We believe that this is what really gets our customers coming back continuously.
Absolutely! We offer 100% warranty on all of our workmanship. Should any of the materials we use on a job turn out to be faulty, we will also warrant them. We are also happy to organise a 100% return on your funds if you are unhappy with the work or wish to cancel the job.
Usually if you’ve been scheduled for the first job of the day you won’t receive a call beforehand as the electrician is guaranteed to show up right on time. If your job is scheduled any later in the day, you will receive a call from your electrician 30-minutes before they arrive.

We can absolutely chase up any necessary materials for you. Jetset Electrical has a fantastic relationship with a number of reputable suppliers. So, if we do need to source any materials for the job we are more than happy to do so.
Generally, yes. The Jetset vans carry the stock for the majority of our electrical jobs. However, there are some unique circumstances where the part that is required might not be in the truck. Though 99% of the time, we are able to quickly source any missing materials from nearby suppliers.
