When you build with Wayne Carter Homes - Wagga Wagga, you deal directly with Wayne & Peta Carter from start to finish. At WCH we do not have a supervisor or project manager. You deal directly with Wayne & Peta at all times. Wayne wants to be on the job to keep control of the building process and to make sure nothing is overlooked, unlike some bigger building companies where you are often left speaking to several different people with the same queries repeatedly.
Yes, we provide a Housing Industry Association fixed price contract with your selections list included. Sometimes you will change your selections during construction, and we provide a variation to that contract.
Yes, we are happy to quote on your plan and offer advice on the plan you bring to us.
