Employing people with disabilities, our skilled team provide commercial services for your business. We provide employment and training for people with disabilities on the south coast of NSW. Yumaro industries are a leading provider of employment for people with a disability in the Eurobodalla and Shoalhaven regions.

Founded in 1984, Yumaro is a registered charity and NDIS service provider committed to delivering essential support services to individuals with permanent disabilities. At Yumaro, we provide a wide range of services that cater to the diverse needs of over 300 participants, including employment assistance, social support, capacity building, support coordination, plan management, specialist accommodation, and home and community support services. At the core of Yumaro’s mission is the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to live independently.

By offering local, personalised services, Yumaro helps individuals with disabilities navigate the journey to greater autonomy and inclusion. Governed by a skilled board of directors, we uphold the highest practice standards as we advocate for the rights, dignity, and equal opportunities of people with disabilities. We also provide a variety of accommodation options for NDIS participants, and these housing solutions are designed to support the unique needs of each individual, allowing participants to live as independently as possible in a safe and supportive environment.

In addition to our accommodation and support services, Yumaro offers a range of training programmes that help participants build essential skills, gain independence, and foster social connections in addition to meeting individual needs and enabling access to the essential tools. Our social programmes help enhance the lives of participants, offering a variety of engaging activities that encourage friendship, interaction, and community. These activities include music, fitness, arts and crafts, and more, providing a fun and supportive environment for the participants.
