Brooks Bros engineering and steel has been providing the Hunter Valley with steel sales and engineering services for over 35 years. Currently we employ over 25 staff, which includes fully qualified tradesman, as well as apprentices at various stages of their training.

For over 35 years, Brooks Bros has proudly served the Hunter Valley, providing comprehensive steel sales and engineering services. Based in Scone, our workshop is a hub for steel products and services, backed by a skilled team of over 25 employees, including experienced tradespeople and apprentices advancing through various stages of their training. Our facility features one of the largest steel yards in the Hunter Valley, stocked with a broad selection of pipes, RHS, and steel plates, ensuring that clients have access to essential materials.

Our well-equipped shopfront offers a wide range of tools and supplies, from hand tools and welding consumables to fixings and power tools. As a trusted Air Liquide gas agent, we supply essential gases and offer specialised services tailored to the needs of our customers. Our cutting service is available for a variety of steel profiles and sheets, enabling precision and customization. We also support project logistics with a fleet that includes a truck and Hiab, available for delivery and hire, as well as various forklifts, including a robust 10-tonne forklift for heavy lifting needs.

Brooks Bros’ workshop is equipped with advanced machinery for specialised tasks, such as machining, milling, CNC plasma cutting, and pipe threading. We offer sheet metal guillotining and folding services, along with fabrication and retail steel solutions for projects of all sizes. Additionally, we carry a full range of engineering supplies, fasteners, and tools, making us a one-stop destination for quality products and professional services.
