Do you provide casual as well as regular services?
Yes, we perform one-off jobs as well as regular visits. For casual visits, please call us for a quote and/or to schedule the job.

Can you provide quotes over the phone or do you need to inspect the site?
We can provide a quotation over the phone based on a few questions regarding the size of the area which needs mowing, the general condition of the area if the lawn is overgrown, and if there are any obstructions. The quote could change upon attendance at the property if the conditions differ dramatically from what was described.

Do you have a rough pricing guide for lawns?
Yes, we have a rough pricing guide for lawns which are not overgrown; domestic blocks- front & back lawns from $50-$60 depending on condition.

Do you take away the grass clippings and are there any extra charges involved?
Yes, we take away grass clippings when requested and there are no additional charges.

Are you able to handle larger jobs such as acreage & large hedging jobs?
Yes, Oasis Lawns & Gardens has both the team and equipment to manage large to very large jobs with a great deal of efficiency; please call us for an on-site appraisal and quotation.

For rubbish removal jobs, are there any requirements in terms of what can be removed and do you charge tip fees?
For rubbish removal we will remove green waste or household waste, we do not remove Industrial or builder's waste. There are tip charges involved in all waste removal, however, if you have tip vouchers we will apply them to you.

Do you provide payment options other than cash?
Yes, we accept Visa & MasterCard via our convenient mobile electronic payment facility.

We welcome all feedback both positive and negative. At Oasis Lawns & Gardens, we pride ourselves on the standard of our work. We believe that a job should be of a consistent standard every time. If a customer reasonably believes any aspect of their job has deviated from this standard, we want to know about it and want the opportunity to rectify the issue where it is reasonably justified.
