Hunter Strata Management

Owners corporation:

• Advise and support owners corporation as required
• Administration and implementation of owners corporation's decisions
• Prepare applications and submissions to strata schemes commissioner
• Administration of the by-laws and other specific requirements under the act

Maintenance:

• Inspect the building and common property at least bi-annually
• Arrange maintenance, repairs and replacements for common property
• Obtain quotes for major works

Strata roll:

• Maintained in accordance with the Strata Schemes Act
• Issue Section 109 and acknowledge Section 118 notices as required
