Di Molto offers friendly and reliable electrical appliance repairs to the Southern Highlands region. With over 30 years’ experience in the industry, your appliances are in safe hands. We are authorised service agents for Miele, Asko, Bosch, Siemens, Gaggenau, Speed Queen, Smeg and Wolf.
Glenn Goodwin and his wife Katie started Di Molto in 2005 with the aim of providing exceptional quality repairs to customers' appliances. After building a successful business in Canberra for over 10 years, in 2016, they moved their family to the Southern Highlands of NSW. They are excited to bring their professionalism and experience to the Southern Highlands and look forward to becoming the appliance repairer of choice in the region.
Glenn has over 30 years' experience in the appliance repair industry. Prior to establishing Di Molto, Glenn ran a successful appliance repair business in regional Victoria. Glenn keeps his training up to date with developments in the appliance industry and attends regular training with leading appliance manufacturers. His depth of experience and knowledge will ensure your appliances are repaired and working to their optimum as quickly as possible.
Glenn and Katie value honesty, quality and efficient service. We also recognise that your time is valuable and that you do not want to spend all morning or afternoon waiting for a technician to arrive. This is why we offer one-hour time slots to our customers. My appliance isn't working but I can't hang around all day to wait for a technician. Can I make a specific appointment time?
We value your time and do not ask you to wait home all day for our technician to arrive - you have better things to do! When you call to book in your appliance repair, we will offer you a convenient one-hour time slot.

How do I book a service call?
Simply call Glenn on 0438 517 189 and he will organise an appointment time that is convenient to you. If you are able to provide the make and model number of your appliance along with a description of the fault, this will assist Glenn to diagnose the fault and bring with him any parts that might be required.

What if my appliance needs parts? Will your technician have the parts with him?
We carry a large number of parts with us and we attempt to bring the parts we believe are necessary for your repair. However, as you will appreciate, there are a huge number of appliances and an even larger number of parts available. We cannot carry every possible part and may need to order parts once we have diagnosed the exact parts you require. For most customers, we will have the parts on the day.

What payment methods do you offer?
We accept cash, cheque, direct debit, MasterCard and Visa.

Do you sell second-hand appliances?
From time to time, we have reconditioned appliances (usually, washing machines, dryers and dishwashers) available. These appliances have been extensively tested by Glenn and any components replaced where required. A 12-month warranty is offered on reconditioned appliances. If you are interested in a reconditioned appliance, contact Glenn and he will let you know what we have available.
