The business specialises in residential work involving new homes, dual occupancy & multi-dwelling developments, home extensions & renovations. This family run business has a very experienced history in this field of work. Brad Merrett, the Director of the business and an Accredited Building Designer has been in the building industry for 30 years, with the first 10 of those years spent on the tools as a Carpenter/Builder.

The last 20 years he has been designing and in 2007 started this Design Business. Brad's experience in the architectural and construction industries have proved invaluable for this line of work. Clients can feel comfortable in knowing that designs completed and building methods used have taken into account the client's budget and goals they were wanting to achieve.
