Recent upgrades to The Manor include an additional 50 new rooms, with luxurious furnishings to ensure the comfort of your loved one.
Each room comes with a king single bed, wall-mounted television with Foxtel and free-to-air channels and individually controlled air-conditioning. Ground-floor rooms offer private outdoor terraces and all room shave balcony doors to enjoy the stunning views across the Illawarra.
We all value our social time, so the new addition incorporates two spacious lounge rooms with self-serve tea and coffee facilities while on beautiful days, there’s no better place to be than our sunlit cafe with an outdoor deck and seating.

This fee is paid by those who have chosen residency at an Extra Service Facility. It is approved by the Department of Health & Ageing and may vary depending on the room type within Hillside at Figtree (e.g.: Single Ensuite or Couples accommodation).
The Commonwealth Government income tests all residents permanently entering any Commonwealth funded residential aged care facility. This fee is determined by Centrelink and is based on a calculation of non-pension income as per Commonwealth government regulations.
