Do you visit our home and provide a written quote?
Yes we do. We come to your home and give an accurate assessment of the length of time required, the cost, and assessment of access requirements at both ends of the move, including the delivery address.

Do you provide a packing/unpacking service?
Yes we have a long term relationship with a leading packing company, entirely run by women. It is very important that packing/unpacking is done by women because of the attention to detail.

Do you provide packing materials?
Yes we supply and deliver, collect all the packing materials after the move is completed.

Can you dispose of unwanted furniture and home items?
Yes we can dispose of your unwanted furniture. We can donate it to charity or remove to the tip, which is preferred.

Can you store our furniture?
Yes we can provide storage, short or long term.

Do you have insurance?
Yes. Blue Ribbon Removals is fully insured for accidental breakage, goods in transit and public liability. Insurance is always included in a Blue Ribbon Removals quote.

Do you do small removals?
Yes we will move anything. Nothing is too small or too big.

What about my pet birds and fish?
No sorry we do not not transport live animals or aquatic pets.

Do you disassemble and reassemble beds, electronics, washers and dryers?
Yes we are always happy to disassemble your furniture and white goods. We can organise trades to reinstall specialised electronic equipment and/or fittings.

Can you lift items over high balconies?
Yes we organise a crane service for specialised deliveries.
