About Us

Campbelltown Pilates & Massage Studio is a recognised establishment accredited by the Pilates Institute of Australia. Since 1994, we have been providing specialised massage therapy, focusing on myofascial release techniques to address both acute and chronic musculoskeletal issues. In 2002, we expanded our services by introducing the Pilates Method and have since become fully qualified Pilates instructors. Our experienced therapists tailor treatments to alleviate discomfort and improve overall well-being.

We offer a comprehensive array of massage therapies, including abdominal, acupressure, deep tissue, relaxation, and remedial massage. Other specialised services include myofascial release, reflexology, sports massage, and traditional Thai massage. While our therapies address issues like aches, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, sciatica, sports injuries, tension, whiplash, women's health issues, etc., they also help improve sleep, reduce muscle tension, enhance circulation, and promote relaxation by easing mental stress and reducing stress hormones.

Our studio is fully equipped to cater to your individual needs. All Pilates programmes are personalised, with specific rehabilitation exercises available. We offer private sessions in a relaxed, supportive environment, supervised by a qualified instructor, helping you deal with a number of issues relating to balance, posture, and control. Sessions are available by appointment, with options for 10 or 20-sessionpackages. Whatever your goal or need, our expert team is here to assist you in achieving it.
