Campbelltown Pilates & Massage Studio is a recognised establishment accredited by the Pilates Institute of Australia. Since 1994, we have been providing specialised massage therapy, focusing on myofascial release techniques to address both acute and chronic musculoskeletal issues. In 2002, we expanded our services by introducing the Pilates Method and have since become fully qualified Pilates instructors. Our experienced therapists tailor treatments to alleviate discomfort and improve overall well-being.
We offer a comprehensive array of massage therapies, including abdominal, acupressure, deep tissue, relaxation, and remedial massage. Other specialised services include myofascial release, reflexology, sports massage, and traditional Thai massage. We offer private sessions in a relaxed, supportive environment, supervised by a qualified instructor, helping you deal with a number of issues relating to balance, posture, and control.
