24Care Australia is a disability support services provider in ACT, VIC AND NSW. We are a value driven and service oriented group of like-minded Registered Nurses, professional Social Workers, highly experienced support coordinators and disability workers with a similar social commitment towards the community.
We are an organization that was established with the sole aim of offering disability support and Services 7 days a week, 24 hours a day that puts the participant as a priority in promoting independence and progression in a safe and non-discriminative environment.
We can assist in a wide range of NDIS services, including; Specialised Disability Accommodation, supported independent living, support coordination, life skill development, assistance with daily living in your home, social and community-based participation, short term and long term accommodation and physical well-being activities. Our staff are happy to assist you in getting the best out of your NDIS Plan.
